Here at Rubydoocakes, we strongly believe that each and every cake, cupcake, tray bake or dessert should taste as fabulous as it looks.  Wherever possible we use only the Finest, Free Range, Organic, and importantly, locally sourced Wiltshire ingredients. Many of our fillings are also handmade such as the jams, lemon and orange curds - making it perfect for us to tell all our customers exactly what we put into our cakes, ensuring that your cake is baked to perfection, moist and tasting delicious!

It can also get very busy here during certain times of the year, therefore we do only take on a limited amount of cake orders per week, ensuring each cake or goody gets the attentions it deserves.

Toppings, Decoration and Techniques

Now for the toppings, which is where the fun really begins! There are 100s and 1000s of different combinations available to you, in all colours of the rainbow, all with a variety of flavours, a selection is shown below

Therefore, it's never as simple as saying I'd like a box of standard cupcakes as there is no such thing as standard..Except that they all taste scrumptious!

Food Intolerances

We are also able to cater for those customers who have food intolerances such as dairy, gluten, soya and nuts. We do not use nuts in any of our cakes unless specifically requested. All effort is taken to ensure that there is no cross contamination.

It is the customer's responsibility to inform Rubydoocakes of any dietary requirements at the time of order

Alcohol Use

Alcohol us used in some cakes were requested ie Guiness cake or Rum and Raisin but it is not a usal addition to our cakes. It is also worth noting that we do use Vodka in some of our decoration techniques, however this usually evaporates once the decoration has air dried and will not affect the taste of the cake.
